Hello Beautiful!

Hi, I’m Lesley! I’m originally from Winter Park, Colorado and recently graduated from beauty school. Right now I’m working front desk at Bliss while continuing to grow behind the chair, and being in both roles has really shown me how important the full salon experience is. I love creating an environment where people feel welcomed, comfortable and genuinely cared for from the second they walk in.

I’ve always been someone who really values authenticity and connection. I genuinely love getting to know people, hearing their stories and helping them feel like the best version of themselves in a way that still feels natural and true to them. I never want the salon experience to feel intimidating or uncomfortable — I want it to feel uplifting, personal and easy.

I’m also very business-oriented and passionate about growing within the beauty industry both creatively and professionally. I love learning about everything that goes into building a great client experience, from branding and customer connection to the artistry behind hair itself. I’m always excited to keep learning, evolving and finding new ways to grow.

As someone who speaks both English and Spanish, I also love being able to connect with a wider range of clients and help people feel at home in the salon.
